Elite Classroom is operated by Elite Pro Services (EPS), India. The Android app is a wrapper around the same website at https://eliteclassroom.in. This policy describes what we collect to run the campus platform.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), role, and institute name.
• School records you enter: classes, students, attendance, homework, timetable, and grades.
• A signed-in session cookie on eliteclassroom.in (HTTP-only, about one year, or until you sign out). See our cookies policy.
• Billing details if you buy the Growth plan. Card payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
• Contact-sales form fields if you send an enquiry (institute name, email, phone, message).
• When a school creates an account we email Elite Pro Services operators so we can support onboarding.
• On the Android app, after a parent signs in once, this phone can store a device-trust token so later visits unlock with fingerprint or face. A Firebase Cloud Messaging token is stored so the school can send free in-app alerts. SMS (MSG91) is only for one-time OTP login after India DLT, and for unpaid or part-paid fee nudges. Families who have fully paid are never sent fee SMS.

What we do not collect

• The Android app does not read contacts, location, photos, SMS, or the clipboard.
• We do not show ads or sell student or school data.
• We do not use the app to track you across other companies' products.

Where data is stored

The live service and database run on a Hostinger VPS in Mumbai, India. Access is limited to Elite Pro Services operators who need it to keep the service running.

How long we keep data

School records stay while the institute account is active. If you want an account or a school workspace deleted, email info@eliteproservices.in. Session cookies last until they expire or when you sign out.

Children

The platform is used by schools and colleges. Student accounts are created by the institute. Parents or guardians at school campuses share the student login. We do not target children with advertising.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your institute's data by emailing info@eliteproservices.in. Demo School 1 is a public demo; do not put real student data there.
