Elite Classroom is operated by Elite Pro Services (EPS), India. This page explains the cookies and similar storage we use on eliteclassroom.in and the Android app that opens the same site. We do not use cookies for advertising or to sell student data.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep you signed in and keep the campus portal working. The site cannot remember a login without them.

• elite_classroom_session — HTTP-only session cookie after email/password or OTP sign-in (about one year, or until you sign out).
• elite_ops_session — EPS operations console session after MFA (about 12 hours).
• elite_ops_assist — short-lived token when EPS opens a school dashboard in read-only help mode.

Preferences stored on this device

These are not sent as cookies to our server. They live in the browser or app so the site remembers your last choice.

• elite_phone_theme — light or dark appearance for the portal.
• elite_cookie_ack — records that you closed the cookies notice on this device.
• Visitor chat may keep a short “closed” flag in session storage so the bubble does not reopen on every page.

What we do not use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No third-party ad networks.
• We do not sell cookie data.

How long and how to clear

Session cookies last until they expire or you sign out. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser or Android settings. After that you will need to sign in again.
